Built Different Phitness takes an all inclusive approach to health and fitness. With most understanding the core principle that “movement is medicine” we aim to optimize all aspects of living a healthy

lifestyle.

Strength training is for everyone! If your goal is to improve mobility, balance, posture, physique, or simply decrease your risk of injury, the correct strength training program will improve your overall quality of life!

Cardio 

Cardiovascular activity is the basis for heart health and longevity. Performing cardio that is optimally impactful, effective and performed in the appropriate threshold is the key to reaping benefit.  

Recovery 

When exercising, especially resistance training we are actually breaking our muscle down. Muscle gain and sustainability is achieved through the consistent implementation of proper recovery techniques.
